Agreement Provision

§ 1

The JULIS FOUNDATION INC. supports organizations which engage themselves with the research and development of environmental friendly technologies. The Foundation accepts funds from the sponsors and provides those funds to such organizations. The Foundation is a Non Profit organization.

§ 2

Funds from sponsors will be only provided to organizations which can prove that it will only be used for research and development of environmental friendly technologies. Sponsors may start sponsoring with an amount of US $ 10.00. The total amount sponsored is the decision of the sponsor and may be paid once only, weekly or monthly. The sponsor agrees that his/her funds may be distributed to the nominated organizations with the sole discretion of the foundation. The sponsor may reserve advertising space with the foundation (for prices enquire at info@julisfound.org. The Foundation will not take any responsibilities for any gifts of “preferred stock” which you may receive from the supported organizations.

§ 3

Payouts of dividends are the responsibilities of the issuing organization. The Foundation will not accept commissions and is not involved in that transaction. Should any business develop to a third party, than the Foundation will take no responsibility whatsoever?

§ 4

Donations to the Foundation will be used to pay for administration and costs. Should there be any excess funds at the end of one year than these funds may be used for research and development purposes.

§5

Each sponsor agrees to save his/her address and his/her e-mail address in our computers for the entire duration this transaction. All data’s will only be used  for Foundation purposes only and will not be given out to third parties,

§ 6

If you change your address it is mandatory to report this immediately to the JULIS FOUNDATION INC. If you fail to do so, then the Foundation will not be responsible for any losses which may occur.

 
§7

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

§ 8

Acknowledgement of provision:

I have read the provision of the agreement dated January 2009. I had enough time to read and I understand the content thereof and accept such. I am 18years of age and assure that I am in a financial position to sponsor or make donations to the Foundation. I confirm that my funds are clean and are not from a criminal source.
